3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Process
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.3 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
4.2 Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)
4.3 Shipping Limitations
We ship globally except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
4.4 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with proof of purchase.
Important Health and Safety Exceptions
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories once they have been opened or used:
- Bakeware & Baking Pans (cake pans, baking sheets, bakeware sets)
- Cutlery & Knives (all knives and cutting tools)
- Baking & Pastry Tools (utensils, rolling pins, decorator tips)
- Cooking Utensils & Tools (any utensil that has contacted food)
- Bar Tools (cocktail shakers, strainers, etc.)
- Glassware (casual, champagne, and cocktail glasses)
These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective and are in their original, sealed packaging.
5.2 Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the provided template
- Wait for instructions and a Returns Authorization Number
- Carefully package the unused product in its original box and mail it to the address provided
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible until it reaches our warehouse.
5.3 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Note: The original standard shipping cost ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
5.4 Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, follow the same return process. After receiving your original item, we’ll process a new order. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping fees.
5.5 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
