If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the original proof of purchase.
- Bakeware & Baking Pans: Items such as cake pans, baking sheets, and bakeware sets.
- Cutlery & Knives: All knives and cutting tools.
- Baking & Pastry Tools: Including utensils, rolling pins, and decorator tips.
- Cooking Utensils & Tools: Any utensil that has come into contact with food.
- Bar Tools: Cocktail shakers, strainers, etc.
- Glassware: Casual, champagne, and cocktail glasses.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure you provide all the necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship your item. Please do not ship anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused, original product in its box and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive your original item, we will process a new order for the desired product. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
